Universe Group plc are aware that some shareholders have been approached by a company called Carlson Group Consultancy purporting to be trying to build a stake in the Group at a share price significantly in excess of the current share price. 

Universe Group have received no approach in this regard and suspect that this is a 'share scam.' We would advise shareholders to proceed with extreme caution.
